propkt ("we", "us", "our") is a property management tool operated as a sole trader in Queensland, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use propkt.

• Account information - when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Property and financial data - information you enter into propkt, including property details, transactions, tenant information, lease details, and documents you upload.
• Usage data - information collected automatically, such as your browser type, IP address, pages visited, and how you interact with the service.
• Payment information - payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or bank account details on our servers.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the propkt service
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• Send service notifications, reminders, and important updates
• Improve the product, fix bugs, and develop new features

Our third-party service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare) are based in the United States and other countries. • Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS).
• Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensure that you can only access your own data.
• We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you as soon as practicable. We will also notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

• Export your data using propkt's CSV export feature
• Request correction of any inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data and associated records. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes).

propkt is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

All data, calculations, reports, summaries, and categorisations provided by propkt are guides only and should not be relied upon as financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
